I’ll partner traditional authorities to tackle deviant sexual behaviour, other ills of society – Bawumia

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has promised to collaborate with traditional authorities to work against the ills of society.

He mentioned the menace of deviant sexual behaviour as one of the ills in society that he and his future government will partner with the chiefs to deal with.

“A Bawumia Presidency will work to preserve the good while helping to reform the others,” he wrote on his Facebook page after an engagement with the chiefs and people in the Asuogyaman, Lower Manya and Yilo Krobo constituencies on Sunday, August 4.

He stressed “my future government’s greater collaboration with traditional authorities to work against the ills of society, including the menace of deviant sexual behaviour.

“Indeed, it is Possible.”
