Multiple award-wining rapper Sarkodie has finally granted permission for his ‘lucky’ fans to own shares in his music.
The rapper in March this year hinted of his plan to give opportunity to his fan base to receive royalties from his music.
In his latest tweet on May 15, Sarkodie announced a new partnership that offers his fan base, the ‘SarkNation’, a chance to own shares in his music.
Sarkodie further revealed that he has teamed up with Opulous App to give away a good percentage of his upcoming mixtape, titled #TheChampionshipMixtape, to lucky fans.
This will allow Sarkodie to share ownership of his music directly with his devoted supporters.
He noted that he has been wishing for this partnership for long as he has been blessed with “best fan base in the world.”
The rapper said further details about how his fans can participate in this opportunity will be disclosed in his next post.

If the rapper’s plan is finalised and implemented, he will be the new Ghanaian artiste to initiate such move.
