U/E: NPA CEO Mustapha Hamid honoured for effective & efficient leadership

The staff of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) in the Upper East Region has honoured the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mustapha Abdul Hamid, for his effective and good leadership for putting the Authority on the map.

The staff of NPA in the Region, through the leadership of Dr. Mustapha Abdul Hamid, claim they have received all the necessary support and motivation in carrying out their duties and mandate in ensuring that efficient and quality petroleum products are distributed to the public.

Since the beginning of NPA operations in Bolgatanga, consumers of petroleum products have expressed satisfaction on the value-for-money component of products.

As part of showing appreciation to the leadership drive under the CEO, the workers honoured Dr Mustapha Abdul Hamid with a citation at the regional office in Bolgatanga.

The Upper East Regional Manager of NPA, Bashiru Natogma, who presented the citation on behalf of the staff, expressed joy and appreciation to the CEO for giving staff the needed support and space to work without any stress.

He described Dr Abdul Hamid as a game changer and result-oriented personality who has human and national interests at heart.

The former Minister of Information was full of joy for being acknowledged and loved by staff of the Authority in the Upper East Region.

He said the operations of the Authority in the region through the hard-working manager, has eliminated the smuggling of petroleum products to nearby countries and the adherence to the rules and regulations of setting up petroleum outlets in the region.

The NPA CEO urged the staff to continue their hard work and the commitment they put in delivering quality results and that the Authority will also continue to provide all the necessary logistics that will enhance their operations.
