My relationship with Nana Ama McBrown is solely professional, no intimacy – Kobby Kyei
Ghanaian Blogger, Kobby Kyei has debunked rumours about a supposed intimate relationship with media personality, Nana Ama McBrown.
The rumours about the duo in a dating relationship became rife when pictures of them on a trip to Dubai surfaced online in June 2024.
In an interview on The Delay Show over the weekend, Kobby Kyei seized the opportunity to refute any intimate relationship with Nana Ama McBrown.
He said he only met Nana Ama McBrown last year when she moved to Onua TV. Kobby indicated that he was only working with Nana Ama as her blogger.
He explained that the circulated picture was taken on their way to Dubai together with season one winner of Edwamu Ahuofe on Onua TV for a tour.
According to him, he also took pictures with Maame Serwaa, the season one winner of Edwamu Ahuofe on Onua TV.
“It’s just a healthy friendship. We did nothing when we went to Dubai. It’s just work ethics and we respect the boundaries.
“I debunk every rumour going on. Obviously, it’s not the truth, if I am working with someone I have to be professional so I cannot say because I am married, if anybody calls me for work, I will say no. My relation ship with McBrown is just work ethics,” he added.
Kobby Kyei also mentioned that his wife is not bothered about the rumours as she is aware his relationship with McBrown is only for work purposes.
He emphasized that his mother even heard of the rumours and advised him accordingly.
