Former Ghanaian boxer, Bukom Banku has shared his life principles stressing that he is alien to smoking and drinking alcohol.
In an interview on Showbiz 360 with Giovani Caleb, Bukom Banku recounted that he used to beat individuals who disrespect him in his community in Bukom but has repented from such act.
The 46-year-old comedian said throughout his life he has never tasted alcohol nor smoked any substance because he identifies himself with the Muslim tradition.
“In my life, I have never smoked before or drink alcohol because I am Muslim,” he said.
Bukom Banku further asserted that he has not sought any spiritual support to be famous. He noted that it’s only God’s doing that he has reached this height in his life.
“Nobody can do ‘juju’ for me in this nation. Who says he’s done juju for me to support my career? Never in my life.
“It’s God…If you go for Juju and you die your children will face the consequences and it will affect their future. Anybody who claims to have given me juju should come out and say it. My superstar is real,” he stated.
Bukom Banku whose real name is Braimah Kamoko advised his son to stay away from women and focus on his career.
