Happy Man Foundation settles medical bills of 12 new mothers at LEKMA Hospital
Happy Man Foundation, as part of Charger Limited’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, donated to LEKMA Hospital, clearing the medical bills of 12 new mothers who had been detained due to their inability to pay.
The foundation paid a total of GHS 21,182, easing the financial burden on these families during what should be a joyful time.
Amanda Jissih, who led the donation drive on behalf of the Happy Man Foundation, emphasized the company’s commitment to its social contract with the community.
She also encouraged those present to support Charger Limited through their prayers.
The donation comes at a crucial moment, providing much-needed relief to the detained mothers, allowing them to return home with their newborns.
LEKMA Hospital officials expressed deep gratitude for the gesture, acknowledging the significant impact it will have on the affected families. They also appealed for more such donations to continue supporting the underprivileged in their community.
Through this initiative, the Happy Man Foundation has once again demonstrated its dedication to giving back and making a positive difference in the lives of those in need.
